Refund policy

Due to all items being made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds.

 

We have a two week exchange policy, which means you have two weeks after receiving your item(s) to request an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same damaged condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and or in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not.

 

Any item(s) sent back to us without first requesting a exchange will not be accepted. You can always contact us with any further questions at sweetlybeaded@gmail.com.



Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation

Once your order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please ensure all sizes, item(s) and order is correct. For the perfect fit please use a measuring tape or ruler and string to ensure your size is correct. If you need to make adjustments to your order, please email us immediately at sweetlybeaded@gmail.com. All items are made to order, we will do our best to accommodate your requests.
